Who doesn’t love some IRON MAIDEN in their daily diet, here and there. Well, we at CHF are big fans of the fabulous-never-get-tiresome band. Their materials are electrifying, and stands the test of time – bar none.
And today JULY 31st, their UK leg of the ‘Legacy Of The Beat Tour’ kicks off!
The stadium will be buzzing with the opening number (and classic) ‘Aces High’, with a 90% sized replica of an actual Supermarine Spitfire Mk Vb, on stage.
Bruce Dickinson states, “We would have made it actual size but we had to cut it down by 10% to fit on some of the festival stages, otherwise it’s an exact replica of arguably the greatest plane design ever, in fact one of the best designed machines ever! “
Heck yea Bruce, we dig your enthusiasm about the design perfection of the WW1 plane, but it’s something to be debated.
However, one thing that can’t be debated is the awesomeness of IRON MAIDEN and what the band means to million around the world.
CHF doesn’t do hard-rock like IRON MAIDEN, but we are still music fans and being that means, we love the classics. Even decades old thriving bands like this outfit.
Expect the Spitfire to be active on-stage while the performance is going on. Expect pyrotechnics, 2 hours of music, special effets and of course ‘Eddie’ the band’s ever present mascot.
