We’d called Allman Brown’s first title single off of his upcoming EP ‘Bury My Heart’: “a planetary dimension where same hyper colors, blind each relationship, into oblivion and perfection.” His second single ‘Moonlight’ is in the same vain, with calculating chant, tints of Americana, hidden in splashes of AOR pop rock inklings.
The London songwriter is releasing the EP on March 16th while he’s in the US for SXSW. Produced by his frequent collaborator Liz Lawrence (Cash + David), the EP incorporates lush, subtle electronic elements to his atmospheric sound.
It’s that feeling of coming out of the dark tunnel, into the bright sunshine of the mountain gorge.
The ambience is real.
According to Brown: “the song is also about how the epic and the intimate go hand in hand, and attempting to capture the sensation of how small intense moments can have an impact on your entire life.”
He’s getting ready for his tour into the good ol’ US of A, with SXSW in his sights.
His latest EP ‘Bury My Heart’ drops March 16, 2018.
