Song Of The Day! Cat Princess debuts new single ‘Fly on Your Wall’

Cat Princess’ Fly On Your Wall’ happened, that’s what. The whimsy, the dramatics, the summersaults, and chops on the song makes it a delight. You hear the bass chords? The fit and polish is fabulous.

“It’s our most straightforward song yet and probably the catchiest stalker-song since Every Breath You Take” – Drummer Victor Klint, stated.

We hadn’t been this giddy about a song since experiencing outputs from The Hives, Franz Ferdinand, or Talking Heads. Smiles all the way through.

Also, we immediately thought, “Hm, we should give this song some kind of prize”.

Then we did and gave it our SONG OF THE DAY selection! We were very much struck by the song’s attitude and how fun it was to listen to it, over and over.

Getting into streaks is what we do sometimes, and at the time of this write-up, we were still playing the songs from Cat Princess, while talking what to eat – all at the same time! What we’re saying is, us, multi-tasking, while talking ‘food’ – in itself – is a big feat.

And ‘Fly On Your Wall’ just kept us heaving our heavy heads from side to side and east to west, bending muscles where they hadn’t been for a while. And at the same time, our faces expressed smiles that only our dentists would love…while talking ‘food’.

Anywho, our smiles were creepy, to be honest, but only because of the obvious fact that we loved the song.

Kudos, Cat Princess. Kudos.

If your aim was to make us smile awkwardly, while dancing to your song, and talking about food, at the same time?

Then, mission accomplished.

Again, congratulations on being our Song Of The Day! It’s not quite The Grammys, but it is a way for us to add another layer of appreciation for songs we loved to listen to.

The single released on January 23, 2018 and is available on all platform. Go [HERE].

Cat Princess consist of Nils Krång (vocals, synth), Robin Åberg (guitar), Robert Lanneborn (guitar), Isabelle Friberg (bass) and Victor Klint (drums).

They’re rep’ed by one of our fave labels, Rama Lama.
