‘Modern Blues’ is the 2nd single released and it’s from Ceramic Animal’s 3rd album to come, ‘High End’.

The nasty boys of modern psych rock, Ceramic Animal, said: “all aboard the soul train” with their funky new release, ‘Modern Blues'”. The video for “Modern Blues” takes viewers back to a time before Fortnight dances and TikTok sensations–a time when the best moves had soul.

Hellz yea.

Whether 50 cases of malady of love for the sounds that Ceramic Animals are counted, the resounding and comforting indie-rock comes with a thrust of trust and manically succulent atmospherics, of which we’d come to expect from this fab band. ‘Modern Blues’ was written and produced by Chris Regan. The band recorded the track at Joe’s Tune Shack, a beautiful lakeside cabin studio across from John Cougar Mellencamp’s estate in Nashville…Indiana.

Ceramic Animal is Chris Regan (vox/guitar), Elliott Regan (keys/vox), Erik Regan (drums), Dallas Hosey (bass/vox), and Anthony Marchione (guitar).
