Civil Simian ‘Nitelite’ : Comfort is what you feel. You feel at home with ‘Nitelite’.

Civil Simian

Civil Simian are a five-piece experimental rock band from Belfast, Northern Ireland. “This song came out of live jam sessions, and has that summer funk feel that we like,” said the band. “The lyrics are about the human need for comfort, and how it can hold us back in our growth.”

With grooves till the horizon expands, ‘Nitelite’ encompasses vibrant rock and shimmer, for dance and for love sake. They play music influenced by everything from electronica to funk and from rock to dub reggae.

Comfort is what you feel. You feel at home with ‘Nitelite’.

Ruari McCloskey, Marty Price, Benjamin Fleming, Sean McCann and Colm O’Flynn together are Civil Simian.

Evil Astronaut ‘Daylight Saving Time’ : Atmospheric synthesizers that carry the guitar and edgy vocals.

Bad Love ‘A Place for Me’ : As joyful as it is introspective. Slick, melodic and unerringly catchy.
