Cloning Shares ‘Epilogues’. Follow up single really makes things very interesting.

Following up on their debut single, the Perth based quartet CLONING returns with ‘Epilogues’ a rock, pop, shoe gaze inspired, trip hop ticking, melodic extravaganza. The band was formed formally in 2018, and with their single ‘Special’ the notice seemed to hit an artery within the public sphere.

Lead vocalist Felix stated: “Lyrically, the song revolves around accountability and taking responsibility for actions. I was making some big decisions in my life while writing ‘Epilogues’, like committing to pursuing music full-time. Realising why you are in a certain predicament is like reading your own epilogue, and I think that can be a really positive thing.”

Felix plus Bevan, Jack and Nic make up this identifiably unique proposal of indie rock.

See them next at Next Wave @ Clancy’s Fremantle on August 29th.

Their EP launch will take place atThe Bird on September 11th.
