Cornelis Gerard ‘Is It Real?’ : About daily life in gritty and glorious detail.

Cornelis Gerard

This song was initially inspired by the original Bladerunner soundtrack. “After watching Bladerunner 2049 I decided to finish the track with lyrics inspired by characters from both films. It’s the first time I’ve departed from my usual down to earth lyrical storytelling.”

“I believe the best music is made with intent of expressing authentic thoughts and feelings. Whether aggressive, introspective, silly or serious, I provide people with the truth expressed through sound and words in gritty and glorious detail.”

London based Dutch-Irish artist whom loves to tell stories about daily life in gritty and glorious detail, he opens up the chapters with punk manifestos and indie-rock anecdotes with experimental pop and synth soundscapes, at the outskirts.
