Drens ‘I Can Barely See’ : Last but fab single off of EP, ‘Pet Peeves’.

Drens

‘I Can Barely See’ had released on May 8th – the 75th anniversary of VE-day. On May 8, 1945, Nazi Germany surrendered to the Allies and it marks the end of World War II in Europe but not the end of fascism.

Said the band: “We‘re seeing life as a gift, so let’s handle human rights and peace as something beautiful. We’re not best with words, we’re still learning. We had and have strong feelings to make some noise if there’s a shift, if people are treating other people bad, if someone is calling the end of war a bad thing. This song is our promise to ourselves to stay on the good side.”

Added: “Thanks to www.keinbockaufnazis.de Click on their page and join or support them through PayPal or wire transfer. Kein Bock Auf Nazis is a non-profit campaign group who helps young people and educates, against right wing politics. Never stop smashing fascism!”

‘I Can Barely See’ is the last single off of ‘Pet Peeves’ EP.

The punk 4-piece from Dortmund & Cologne, Germany keeps it real, as ever. The fun of their songs are of the basic rawness that is kept just at the hips and delivers with the energy you always seek from such outfits. They stay true to punk like we’d like it, their own zest for life in the folds.
