‘Memories’ is an ode to surviving.

“The lyrics are meant to be powerful in their assurance to the listener, that life will get better so long as you keep waking up and pushing forward. This song came from a place of hurt, but despite its origins the lyrics are contrasted with energetic guitar and synth and every hard jazz chord we knew. We hope to brighten your day with this intricate new wave song.”

Alexander Zen, Jacqueline Andrade are Favours.

“We draw influence from our creative space, a former abandon house we renovated into a DIY art space where we write, record and live. Our sound is inspired by new wave and post punk à la OMD & John Maus.”

Manic in the most relaxed of qualms, the sultry dimensions of the duo comes clean and dynamically.

Look for their debut album ‘Made to Wait’ on August 7th 2020. It is the culmination of four years of songwriting and crafting an emotional rollercoaster of a listen.
