Feyer x Evan Crommett ‘Cauterize’ : The nonchalant single to the max, as you notice you start to smile at its whims.

Evan Crommett / Feyer

After several years of playing together in venues across New York City, solo artists and college friends Evan Crommett and Feyer decided to team up to write a song together.

Beginning as a quick jam session in Evan’s apartment during Summer 2019, both minds fleshed out strings of lyrics and grooves that eventually evolved into the co-produced Cauterize, an experimental indie pop song about helping out a stressed friend.

Charming and wistfully poignant, the accelerating calmness of ‘Cauterize’, helps you embark on a cosmic sea voyage, never knowing where you’ll end up – never caring by the end of it all. The fabulously engaging synth to the reggae tropics, edges the nonchalant single to the max, as you notice you start to smile at its whims.

It’s a joyful few minutes and it’s worth every second.

The boys have outdone themselves with a good helping of humble and a lot of cheerful promises.

Votive Crown ‘Only Child’ : Gently lifts and sets you down with all the care in the world.

Silburn ‘Wake to the Stars’ : It’s a rock assumption. It’s a rock attitude. It’s a melodic invocation done right.
