Cyan Kicks – Let Me Down Slowly
Just after getting nomination for Emma (finnish equivalent of Grammy) for rock album Cyan Kicks are releasing a version of Alec Benjamin smash. The band is preparing their 2nd album for late 2020 release. Built around Susanna Aleksandra, Niila Perkkiö, Leevi Erkkilä, and Pietari Reijonen, Helsinki originating band with the alt-pop attitude, kicks your senses straight with ‘Let Me Down Slowly’. A drive down expectations, relationships are heartfelt, as it crushes with 1000 needles. It feels like that sometimes. And with graceful vibe of Susanna’s vocals, we’re brought back to those notions of challenges and then triumphs.
Kiani Alexandra – Mars
“Mars is a song I wrote about the being scared of love. Basically, I’m singing to someone who I want to get involved with, but I’m also scared, possibly because of the natural rollercoaster of it all.” Bringing back to a danceable pastel of the past, Kiani’s charm can’t help but make you feel the love. With a control of tackling her deepest and secret pleasures, ‘Mars’ is a fabulous initial salvo from the artist with musical ambitions. Looking forward to Kiani and her sense for song construction’s delicate nuances.

I use music as an outlet to show who I truly am to the entire world.” Reflecting in the essence of being in a relationship, being wanted, being loved, being hated – all culminate at a small part of your being, being destroyed, but resilient. “My music is who I am on the inside,” Reece stated. “It’s like you’re looking at me from inside of my head. Everything on my mind is in there. It’s hard to open up to people in real life. I use music as an outlet to show who I truly am to the entire world. It’s not about the cover art or what I look like. Focus on the songs.”
