We fall in love often. We’ve said this before, we’ll repeat again.
Songs, musicians, personas, talent, persistence, bodies of work: you know, stuff that makes us fall in love with a person, in the real world as well.
And that is what happened with Frame.
She doesn’t know that we’ve fallen in love with her and her work, but her Brooklyn swagger got us. It got us GOOD.
It maybe a bit creepy, but we at CHF can’t help it. And her song “Wasted Love” makes it very hard for us to “disengage” our feels and our admiration.
Regrets and silent torment is a part of who we are as humans, and “Wasted Love” (at least to us), opens up part of that chapter for us to view. No resolution, mind you, but to be fair, it’s a very complicated issue.
Kudos Caitlin (and gang), kudos.
Keep shining the light.
