Six piece indie pop band, Hamburger, is from Bristol UK and their delight is evident to see. Their debut EP ‘Teenage Terrified’ (Dec 2020) harbors the angst and charms of a song named ‘Supersad’. And in its state, your feelings of being blue, turns into a happiness, for acceptance and for re-birth.

Of you. Of your habits. For the life to be lived.

Said the band: “‘Supersad’ is a song about powerlessness and what to do when you know you can do nothing. The finding of hope and strength despite feeling rough. It uses superhero language as parallels for all the ways people try to cope with sadness and loss.”

The new EP is a “mix of raw, immediate feeling home/bedroom recording”, framed in the nostalgia of charms and shimmer.

Let’s pick ourselves up from the floor.

You deserve nothing less.
