Harvey Aftermath: Fresh fires at chem plant in Texas flooded by Harvey.

Texas chemical plant fire rages from CNBC.

Arkema chemical plant in Crosby, Texas had much to do, after Hurricane Harvey rolled in and did its worst.

The big challenge for the employees of Arkema, was the problem of keeping the chemicals ‘cold’ and controlled. The plant has nearly 20 tons of ‘organic peroxides’ – all requiring refrigeration.

However, it seems tonight that the chemicals are over-heating and the fires have started.

The struggle seems to have just begun for the plant and the surrounding neighborhood.
