“Stuck in a bad love like a k-hole. Moody and epic, with a wild switch in the chorus.”

HUSH is a band, a moniker, and the latest musical endeavor from bay area transplant Leben West. Launched in late 2016, the sound is a synthesis of pop, R&B, and Motown derived influences, harkening the likeness of contemporaries such as Blood Orange (Dev Hynes) and Twin Shadow ( George Lewis Jr.).

Drink up the liquid of life. A touch of you, on the right place of voice inducing pleasure. It’s you. It’s us. It’s our bodies, in harmony.

But will it be crushed out of existence, when not looking?
