Could it have been the solitary attitude of my solitary and bitter life that drove you away? Probably. But why did you stay with me for so many years? Why did you love me that way? Why did you love me? Why love? Such a soul, of my liking, wasn’t the right fit for you. You were too good to me. I needed to be better to you. You knew that. But I didn’t know, at that time.
Stupid of me to say, after all the damage had been done. It’s a very cowardly thing to do, when the war has been fought and is over to reminisce about the ‘could haves’ and ‘should haves’. But I’m trying to be sincere. I don’t expect you to come back to me. I know it’s over.
I guess, I’m searching for a way to find a bigger way of torturing myself, for the manslaughter I’d committed to our relationship.
JACK BOBLEY’s single ‘Run (Until We Meet Again)’ is a very innovative aspect of music construction from the solo artist. The mix of many styles and sonic colors, just highlight the natural flavors of the single. Even the dab of autotune at the end, doesn’t detract the song, but adds an element that someone, somewhere can grasp and make it their own.
The tragic tone of ‘Run (Until We Meet Again)’ is evident. And the message was delivered crystal clear.
And we dig that. Very much.
We can’t wait to hear more from the talented Jack.
The new album ‘Until We Meet Again’ is available now.
