Jobs: Is this what’s happening with Apple today?

Steve Jobs, in an old interview, describes what he thought happened with Apple, after he had been fired in 1985. He describes the “stagnation” of product innovations, because of the wrong philosophy implemented in rewarding “product people”. Innovation and leadership in the marketplace is stymied when “sales and marketing” divisions lead the company.
