Jonas Carping is an independent artist based in Lund, Sweden.

With two previous studio albums – ‘All The Time In The World’ (2012) and ‘Cocktails & Gasoline’ (2015). Jonas offers his third studio album ‘Strangers’ in September 2020. ‘Fault In Your Stars’ will be part of that grand and fulfilling prophecy.

“Fault In Your Stars” is a collaboration with Amsterdam guitar player Michiel Oskam who also wrote the song. “It is the first song Michiel has written in over 5 years. It came instantly and surprisingly smoothly. It’s a beautiful song and I am very happy to present it to you guys as the single from the forthcoming album.”

With meticulous guitar picking, and classically brooding baritone of Jonas’ vocals, a silhouette of vibes burst into a dark-hat story telling that is visceral and familiar. A caption in light and of the dark, the precursor to an anthemic visage, glitter with positivity and dutiful angst.

Beautiful ballad, for any occasion of the heart.
