Kata Punyo ‘Monsters’ : Reveal with visceral heft and consequences. We all deal with it in our own ways.

Kata Punyo

“This song is about the realisation of the scale of some mental health struggles that I was having and coming to terms with that,” said Kata Punyo (Jon Markwell). “It’s about knowing that you’re struggling now but not knowing how to deal with it yet. I wasn’t sure when the struggles developed or how long for, just that they had manifested and presented themselves at a particular stage of my life.”

No one faces the truths. Until it’s time. Until the monsters of past and of luggage, reveal with visceral heft and consequences. We all deal with it in our own ways.

Isn’t that where the flavor of life is juiced??

Who knows. Until we do, we have Kata Punyo.
