KYOTI’s intelligent music is offered up again, now with visuals that keeps on matching their electro-pop fabulousness. Jazz, folk, pop, electro – the trio manipulates with honest and ingenuity pervasively – romantically.
‘Restart The World’ is one of those cornerstones, and when this beautiful amalgamation of talents stand at the gates of pure delight, we stand there with open arms.
We stand with KYOTI.
CHF had reviewed their single ‘Chimera’ back in 2017, and we were blown away with their tiers of texture and non-sequestered memes in presentation.
The band said: “Restart The World is about feeling powerless in a quickly changing world. We are slowly losing our humanity and giving it over to machines. Our collective memory is being eroded, falling in to the endless sea. We need to start again.”
KYOTI consists of delicious artist Ed Burgon (vocals), David Mabbott (keys/synths) and Benji Huntrods (drums).
They will be releasing throughout 2019, and perform at The Waiting Room and Underground (Think Tank) in Newcastle, June 15th.
