L.A. Salami ‘It Is What It Is’ : But even with all this we go-on, as a pinch of nihilism, soaks into that fabric of existence.

L.A. Salami

L.A. Salami commented: “This song is about coming to terms with patterns you see over and over again in life, and maybe being aware enough of them to will your own direction.” And it feels as it looks; and vibes as it brings the undertow of life, for examination.

Where have you been? Where are you going? Will this and that, make thing better? Or worse?

It’s the private conversations that each of us have in our short time on this earth. Doubts, trepidations, joys, lusts, satisfactions, disillusions – all culminate in a soup of a thing that is ‘life’. Highs and lows, make a nice and warming ‘average’ of stomped-on emotions and undetermined wills.

But even with all this we go-on, as a pinch of nihilism, soaks into that fabric of existence, scarring and marring – emboldening, no matter the path.

Odd and quirky; summarizing and deep – L.A.’s lyrics touch, as it scours our senses.

The song is off of his EP, ‘Self Portrait In Sound’.
