Ludwig Hart covers ‘The Boys of Summer’ by Don Henley : Always on point.

Ludwig Hart

The Swedish artist is often compared to contemporary American indie bands, though with a distinct melodic immediacy – as if The War On Drugs had idolized Don Henley instead of Bob Dylan. Among other reasons, this made Ludwig Hart take a shot on covering the hit song. Suited in a slightly darker sound, the cinematic atmosphere and summer love still remains.

Hailing from Örebro, Sweden, Ludwig Hart made his debut this fall with his first full length self-titled album – and the successes have been numerous. Both the bittersweet “A Dream I Keep Returning To” and the Maurco Scocco produced “Purpose of Love” have found their way to the rotation list of Sveriges Radio P4, Sweden’s largest national radio station.

Michael Russ ‘Go Wild’ : Emotionally touching, yet powerful and modern.

2A @ the Playground ‘Thoughts’ : Dusty like an old vinyl playing dirty drums, warped guitars and analogue sounds.
