Not much can be found on Mangled Jangles (as of yet), but listen to this single ‘Greater Sin’ is a genius of a song, filled with guilt, angst, judgement, trepidations, and absolutes. All dissolve the cement base of the building of one’s emotional wall. That wall can and will crumble. But it’s all about what you can do after, and how to bounce back, right?
We think that’s what Mangled Jangles (Joel Stovall) might be telling us (or to himself) in the lyrics.
But who knows.
All we can say is have a try at his solo. The digitized and penetratingly fascinating guitar solo. It’s fabulous, we thinks.
The dream-like gaze into his dwellings of soul, is an open chapter, we’d like to close. Then open again, with one eye half open. It’s too bright.
It’s too dang bright.
