Micah & Julia ‘Deep’ : It’s what we all want. It’s what we all hope for.

Micah & Julia

“We wrote this song in Nashville and recorded it in Amsterdam,” said the duo. “It really came to live organically, it was a story very true to our hearts , about giving all you got and realizing you don’t get the same thing back.”

Micah and Julia are a young duo who are blurring the lines between pop and singer/songwriter. Influenced by Jon Bellion, JP Sax and Hozier and intertwined with their European (Dutch and Spanish) heritage. They came to Nashville to write with Grammy winning writer and Producer Femke and have decided to partner up to create a new and fresh sound.

And with that kind of confidence and ambition, the duo live with a kind of conviction for music that is something to look forward to and for.

Delivery of unusual vibrance is carried through their lyrical expressions in ‘Deep’. A ballad of the most personal, the single invigorates in somber decadence, as it colors your listening sunshine with multi-color hopefulness and replenishment for the near future.

It’s what we all want. It’s what we all hope for.
