Mount Kimbie Share Previously Unreleased ‘Turtle Neck Man’ Feat. King Krule. N.A. Tour Announced.

Wha?!? Heck yea, that’s right. The duo have released ‘Turtle Neck Man,’ taken from the same sessions as Love What Survives “It’s a song of contradictions; the sweet sound-bed created by Mount Kimbie rubbing against the thickly painted strident tones of King Krule’s vocals.”

New heights were achieved by the band in 2017 (release of ‘Love What Survives’ album, 4 piece live show selling out, King Krule joining them for a show). Now (being normal and recognizing the momentum) the guys are reaching for even bigger and better things in 2018.

Human nature, really, and we can’t wait to see them in action in the United States too.

“We’re heading out again to North America in May this year for a better timed set of live dates than our last run. We’re giving you guys the chance to know the songs this time. So happy to have Wiki and Smerz joining us on either coast also.” – Mount Kimbie

So, here’s your homework: (1) Listen to this un-release bit with King Krule, (2) listen and maybe purchase Mount Kimbie’s latest album, and (3) go see them (well, if you can)

Anywho, they’re rep’ed by the folks at Warp Records and Hotflush Recordings.
