My Crooked Teeth ‘Something Decent’ : Makes you smile, at the plight of it all. While accepting and pushing towards the horizon.

My Crooked Teeth

My Crooked Teeth is the work of songwriter Jack Olchawski. Often performing solo, or with the aid of his close friends and staples of the Oxford music circuit, the project is an outlet for the songs deemed too quiet for his band Toliesel.

“The song is inspired by one of my song-writing heroes John K Samson,” said Jack, “and the way that he uses the lyrical concept of conceptualizing life as in inanimate object. It’s a plea, a call to action and an affirmation of self believe”.

‘Something Decent’ is a resolute piece of upbeat alt-country where realities clash with our utmost desires, to bring forth an ol’ vibin’ warmth to a modern world that is often cold and un-empathetic.

‘Something Decent’, makes you smile, at the plight of it all. While accepting and pushing towards the horizon.
