Nyokeë ‘Like I Used to’ (Remix by SYNTHIA ) : Nostalgic ’80s or ’90s, to fond childhood memories. Dancing to the beat.

Nyokeë

The sound is called Nyokeë (UK).

Digital creatures gather together in an 8-bit land to wobble in unison to this unique, otherworldly energy. Inspired by retro video games, singer and producer Nyokeë presents an energetic mix of synth-heavy Kawaii Bass and retro game sounds – wrapped in electrifying 3D visuals and Harajuku street fashion.

‘Like I used to’ is Nyokeë’s single and is all about traveling back in time, to the nostalgic ’80s or ’90s, to fond childhood memories. That’s where SYNTHIA come in. The spacey sister-duo and bit crush goddess Nyokeë have teamed up to remix one another’s recent music ventures. Stay tuned for SYNTHIA’s rendition of ‘Like I used to’.

Nyokeë is fascinated by how creativity and technology can support each other. Her journey began in a small town in Germany, where she recorded her first song on a tape cassette at the age of four.
