Pedro Casas ‘Truth’ : Feelings and emotions, delegate themselves with gorgeous anthems of strength and vigor.

Pedro Casas

“I wrote ‘Truth’ at a time in my life when I was feeling lost and alone. I remember that at that time I was grappling at anyone or anything that could give me hope.”

Toronto, Canada based by way of Venezuela, the voice you hear in ‘Truth’ is the decadent beauty of Pedro Casas. With Standards injection, this indie-pop acoustic ballad is lovingly crafted for our ears to hear and absorb.

“That hope was coated with such fixed beliefs about people and the world that I ended up losing myself in it,” continued Pedro. “I realized that the only way out of pain is to accept your own truth with compassion, not that of others. This song represents that feeling of disillusionment and betrayal that I felt at that time.”

From angst, fears, disappointments and anger, another angle of self-reliance and revival is delivered with ‘Truth’. And within the folds of the words, a masterful control of feelings and emotions, delegate themselves with gorgeous anthems of strength and vigor.

An aim that Pedro saw within himself.

And now, others can take to heart, making their own road to recovery.
