Pleasure Scheme ‘Royal’ : Shines like a beacon.

Pleasure Scheme

Pleasure Scheme is an industrial dance/grunge band from Edinburgh, Scotland.

Joel Mcdiarmid (vocals, lyrics), Scott Cruickshank (guitar, backing vocals) and Torben Melohn (bass, synths, production) help listeners break out of the norm, and tackle the inhibited limits of our often weak acceptance for sadness.

In ‘Royal’, combining grunge attitudes of power ballads and haunting lyricism (a la Alice In Chains like vibes), degrades the hard shell of realities and soaks our visions for hope and exuberance, with tantalizing shimmers of optimism and possibilities in joy.

Off of the latest EP ‘Lullaby TV’, ‘Royal’ shines like a beacon.
