Combining industrial musical mannerisms, with 80’s synth hieroglyphics, Runes’ Orphic takes part of you to that land of lands, without a name, without a thought, swept by its worldly vail, and mystery.
It’s an artistic / experimental piece by Runes (Harry Selevos), and we think the attitude of the song just showers one with calm.
There in the vocals, however, pushes the notion of urgency.
Urgency, not to be.
Urgency, not to exist.
Urgency, to skip time and space.
Urgency, in not being ‘you’, for just a second.
The earth looks different from 20,000 feet above the ground. The magic ship, clear in its base, wants you to look down. Down into the depths of what can be, what has been.
It’s relative, and we can soar.
Trust in it.
Kudos, Harry. Kudos.
