Santans ‘Blanc Cassé’ : Life is a blame game of myogenic self-mortem reports and degradations.

Santans

“This is the first single of the upcoming EP,” said Santans. “The EPs theme is: PAIN. It is about standing in your own way even though you know what to do. The pain and struggle with it. I wanted the video to express this struggle. To be in an endless limbo.”

Glazed in a rhythm of feelings and pension for what’s what, Santans’ single ‘Blanc Cassé’ is the next best thing to that vibe of inhibitions that niggle at your heart. Something’s missing, you tell yourself. But what? Life is a blame game of myogenic self-mortem reports and degradations. It’s messy. It’s dirty. The only thing that makes things alright again, is love.

“Where will it become a part of me… when will it be a result of me?”

Added Santans: “The drums were recorded back in 2016 in an abandoned swimming centre. The rest was recorded in 2017 in a hotel room I rented. The whole song was cancelled by me in 2018. In 2019 I got my shit together and shot the music video.”
