seungjin ‘Paw’ : Broken pieces of the heart, strewn on the side of that road to maturity.

seungin

We all have memories that we can’t unlock. Silence brings out the angst of not being able to do so. “Why is it so hard to remember?”

South Korean artist seungjin, properly engages with the sense of loss within ‘Paw’. It is a story of loss, of both, a loved pet and of a memory that escape him.

It’s sometimes the uncertainty of growing up, physically and mentally, inserts more barriers to the sanctity of such purity of living.

Way back then. Way back when.

It’s the loss of a slice of life – maybe, never meant to be recovered, ever again.

Broken pieces of the heart, strewn on the side of that road to maturity.
