Simon Thought and the Uploads ‘Lies, Lies, Lies’ : Looped sounds and beats gather in a touch of humanity.

Simon Thought and the Uploads

‘Lies, Lies, Lies’ is a blast of ’80’s punk from Boston’s Simon Thought and the Uploads. This is the first single from the second album ‘Relationship’ which charts a relationship from meeting to dating to fighting to ending. As you can tell from the title, this song is from when things go wrong. This song takes a more direct and harder approach than the debut album, ‘Technology’.

‘Technology’ is a theme album which arose from the collaboration between long-time singer-songwriter Simon Thought and the upstart electronic Uploads. Poetic, pointed lyrics with a series of impersonal looped sounds and beats gather in a touch of humanity.
