Sonic Hawkins is a brand-new project from Darrell Hawkins of alt-rock outfit Wild Palms (One Little Indian).

Thrusting and cantankerous at the edges, the fervor for rock (and not being shy about it) is where ‘Christine’ lives and thrives. It’s a reminder of how this kind of rock can make you feel good in the best ways – relieving your stress for just one moment.

Running up and down the course of life, you’re sometimes exhausted with guilt, confusion, frustrations, and the like.

But there is a salvation for your mind and soul – to take the remedy of a brighter being – you’d desired and crooned over.

‘Christine’ is the first in a string of singles due for release with a debut EP expected in 2021.
