Back in Mid-May we’d declared that SORRY’s single ‘Showgirl’ was our SONG OF THE DAY! Now, they have released another fabulous single called ‘Twinkle’, and we don’t know what to do. We can’t be so high on on band, right? Just not a good thing, right? Well, we are high on them like a Friday night in the corner of the room, toking up a bit (a lot) and drinking and partying.
So, why are we so big on SORRY?
They are unafraid to try, and experiment with the sounds they craft. Listen to their singles and instantly you’d understand our position on them.
We’d called their single ‘Showgirl’: “The UK band is such a good combination of malevolent accessory to ‘murder’ and the chic attitude of a sexy cat-burglar, that we don’t know what to do with this musical info overload.”
And then we said of their single ‘2 Down 2 Dance’: “Can’t look away, but the pain in the cut skin, is real and the blood keeps on pouring out. Their new song ‘2 Down 2 Dance’ is just that, with the vocals of Asha Lorenz, sets the scene is set for a demolition.”
So, we’re not ‘sorry’ for being high on SORRY.
That’s that. And the trend continues with ‘Twinkle’.
The ‘Showgirl / Twinkle’ 7” is the 3rd in a series of releases.
