Starling ‘No Leader’ : Offers the conventionality of knowledge and energetic emphasis for truth and honor.

Starling

Starling is effervescent, evocative, fun, ruffled, and brings the house down with her unique ridges of sight, sound, and contrasts. The pop artist from the UK, delivers in the most unconventional in ‘No Leader’, but offers the conventionality of knowledge and energetic emphasis for truth and honor.

Said Starling: “I had taken ayahuasca in the forest and it taught me that in all the time I had been looking to others for answers I should have been looking to myself. In a constant quest to find myself, to understand meaning, life and my purpose I tried every therapy, meditation, and immersion possible and in this started to realise, I was the one I was looking for. Every type of spiritual excursion was had from vipassana to trauma therapy to kundalini and it guided me to me. This is the truth. When no one is here to guide us, or what we are told doesn’t resonate, we must guide ourselves… and be our own leader.”

Attaining personal power, is the bedrock starting point for ascension and deliverance. A re-birth of your own internal visions, unfolding its wings for the first time in the light of day, is the focus.

Starling’s method of charming beats and often self-deprecating beauty, coalesces lovingly for her listeners to process.

Genuine integrity, surges and you can’t help gravitating to Starling.

On Sunday’s I like to rest and then prepare for the week. Resting looks like.. Read a book (currently @thejogifford “brilliance unboxed” love it) Eat croissant Walk to the park Climb a tree FaceTime my family Skim @voguemagazine for style inspiration Drink tea Preparing looks like.. Make a list of what the goals are for the week, ie complete music video prep or launch another creative mentoring group. Then – schedule in what exercise I’m doing each day, what meetings are happening each day and if their is free time in between for skills or development then schedule that in for myself as if I was turning up for someone else. Skills can be practising my voice, guitar or movement vocabulary. Development can be reading but usually consists of doing course work such as the @katenorthrup and @suzy_ashworth groups that I am a part of. They help me see where I am upper limiting my joy or business through helping elevate my mindset and systems. How do you like to spend your Sunday’s? And do you prep for the week in the evening too or prefer to chill until Monday?

Goldboy and Schwartz ‘I’ll Be Fine’ : Wiping away the virtual tears, you look up into the blue, blue sky to seek out a sign. Silver lining ahead.

Chris Jake ‘America (Razorlight Cover)’ : A classic indie goodness gets the right tones, in that EDM vibe. Apropos indeed.
