“Does it get better?” It’s sometimes a mystery. Two walls, side by side, they prohibit your future as it also directs you in to the unknown.
Sometimes (and maybe most of the time) we feel as it’s jut not working out. There is a force in the universe that just doesn’t seem to vote you for the future you’d dreamed of. Your mind seems to be a separate entity versus the laws of this universe.
It’s hard. And lonely. And sometimes, it just doesn’t feel like you should ‘give a damn’.
But you do. You know you must. And you ultimately start the process over again.
After a near decade long battle with addiction and bipolar disorder, culminating in a 2018 stint at Johns Hopkins Meyer 4 Psychiatric Ward for electroconvulsive therapy (ECT) treatments—singer/songwriter T.C. Young is releasing his sophomore record, ‘Five_3_XX’ at the end of the fall 2020.

These last 5 months on the road have been a time and half, but sadly due to the circumstances, not an easy world to meet new people. The final stop to meet fellow van-lifer, back country badass, and tea sensei @teawithlyons was nothing but grand. In this weird world, it’s nice to know you can still make a new friend on the road 🙂.
