Talitha Ferri ‘Matchbox’ : What it means to get better, and every tender step it takes to get there.

Talitha Ferri

Talitha Ferri’s debut album ‘Get Well Soon’ is a fragile yet courageous revelation of transformation and self-healing. Nothing is kept secret, as Talitha’s soul is laid bare in a gentle and earnest embodiment of what it means to get better, and every tender step it takes to get there.

‘Matchbox’ is the thematic centerpiece of Get Well Soon. Sequenced last, it reveals in the album’s final moments the chain of events that have brought Talitha to this point in time. Each of former songs hint at specific events in her life, and ‘Matchbox’ lays it all on the table with unabashed honesty, and tenderness.

In her debut album ‘Get Well Soon’, Talitha is un-apologetically not okay, but intent on getting better. Talitha delivers comforting yet disquieting melodies that fearlessly intone our life-changing experiences. “Get Well Soon” is a personal project turned concept album, an account of the internal struggle, rejoicing in its release.

She is a Danish-American singer/songwriter based in Copenhagen.
