Tallulah. ‘Day Job’ : The chords conjure decadence in freedom and of youth’s golden promises.

Tallulah.

From EP ‘Revert’, Tallulah.’s single ‘Day Job’ entangles you wishes with intrinsic psyche allure and cosmic consequences.

“This is a song that was created off of one riff and is about going through the motions of life but never really getting into it or doing anything passionate with it.”

Grewing up on Green Day, Radiohead and Marcy Playground, you can hear her influences right from the get-go. With an addition of her own personality and irreverent empathy, the chords conjure decadence in freedom and of youth’s golden promises.

Tallulah. is a 19 year old artist from Oakland, California. Attended Interlochen Center for the Arts for songwriting and is going to be a freshman at Berklee College of Music in the fall.

Meanwhile, she’s doing the best she can to freshen up the alt-rock scene, one step (one song) at a time.

Let’s git it.
