The Bones Of J.R. Jones Announce New Album ‘Ones To Keep Close’. Shares New Single ‘Burden’.

What has become of the deep crow feet staring eyes of the lone-ranger-like enthusiasm and act of empathy? Where has the heroes and non-heroes, of past deals and favorable eras? Don’t know. Don’t care. But one thing’s for sure, The Bones of J.R. Jones is the triple blend whiskey we’d been wanting and quenching for. The soul, blues, and Americana flakes of musical realities, hangs by the noose of hungry emotions. A construction of the heart by Jonathon Linaberry, which stands strong.

‘Ones To Keep Close’ is Linaberry’s third LP installment (drops May 11th) which he produced in Brooklyn with Rob Niederpruem, keeps in tune with beckoning calls for inner-peace and delectable colors of all shapes of tan and city-Western.

Get those boots on, big boy. It’s time to see what fires need extinguishing.

The first single off of the new announced album is ‘Burden’, and with the help of rocker Nicole Atkins, brings the Americana back in our our CHF hearts, with a bang. It’s a salute to what unadulterated tit-for-tat could be in a song’s arms-length of dismissiveness towards the language of love, and in a broader spectrum – of one’s place in an otherwise vast Galaxy.

“This song is something special to me, as it’s the first true duet I’ve written,” Linaberry comments. “It came out of a place where people search for someone to share the weight of the world.”

The Bones of J.R. Jones will kick off a 25-date national tour this week, hitting cities such as Charlotte, Cleveland, Chicago, San Francisco, and New York. Should be a dang hum-dinger of a tour for the fans.
