Isabel Hollingum, Patrick O’Keefe, Declan Robertson and Ash Sandys together are The Strange Days. They make garage-rock that is bordering on shed-rock. And with that gumption, they make listeners howl and smile in joyous jubilation.
“Written as a backlash against nothing in particular, a short and sweet punky song that we definitely didn’t deliberately engineer to clock in at under two minutes,” said the band.
That’s the truth and The Strange Days makes it so. It’s a sign of the times, no?
