Toloro ‘1920s’ : For a betterment that we have to work and strive for, even deeper.

Toloro

Indie recording project of Taylor Ford from Chicago Illinois comes at you with tender words, tantalizing charms and affection to cater to your angsts. LoFi, Nostalgic, Indietronica. The first track off the latest album ‘Alive and Unwell’, “reflects various aspects of the first half of the year 2020 and all it’s turmoil”.

Said Toloro: “The song 1920s is more so about how history repeats itself, and how we’re cycling back to a lot of the same obstacles, such as the global pandemic, economic instability, and social unrest.”

With whimsy and new-wave danceability, the rousing understatement of ‘1920s’, is unencumbered nor burdensome, raising the notion that there might be some silver lining. The effervescent vibes of the arrangement and harmonies tell that for sure.

It’s a dance off, for a betterment that we have to work and strive for, even deeper.
