As Antigua and Puerto Rico brace for Hurricane Irma, Tropical Storm Jose has formed behind the hurricane. The last time Tropical Storm Jose formed was in 2005, which hit the eastern side of Mexico.
NOAA and other weather outlets are tracking the storm to see whether it will strengthen as the days move forward. This tropical storm is rated at 60mph, as of Tuesday.
In the meantime, Florida has activated their National Guard and readies for Irma to hit in the next few days.
