Trouble in the Wind Shares Sentimental ‘Lone Starman’. “Solitary, introspective, and foreboding.”

@pat_vaughan

TROUBLE IN THE WIND’s single ‘Lone Starman’ from the album ‘Hammer On’ is the quintessential idea of Americana-classic. And when the song ‘sings’ in melancholic sentiments, it helps us rejoice in the little thing that define and flavor our lives.

The single was releases in 2018, but from our vantage point, it is very compelling and deserves another look-see. In the best tradition of Bob Seger, Bob Dylan, Neil Young, and Tom Petty, ‘Lone Starman’ is draped in the meanings of the words, and is wrapped in this lonesome veneer, which is solitary, introspective, and foreboding.

Quite a gentle ride, we have to say. And the view is magnificent.

So, what do you say?

Let’s listen and enjoy what TROUBLE IN THE WIND offers.

See them next at Salzer’s Records in Ventura, California on March 1st. This is a part of a 9 day tour throughout the south-west (USA) in March.
