Deeply infused in experimental Jazz/Rock, and the ‘goings-on’ within their three brains, the gang in UFO8 has this little diddy named ‘Fuchsia Future’. And just like it’s namesake, it’s the future, but it’s only 2 years on – but it’s gleaming with pastel colors, confusing the pet cat.
And then some.
Chris Reynoso, Alec Perrone, and Dash Rowe make up UFO8 and we think they’re musical ‘jerks’.
Because this crazy “garage band like, jam-session hullabaloo” got to us – and sunk into our cortex like hot knife to butter. No residue on that butter knife, mind you. Clean, clear, definite, and so practical.
We’d never thought that we’d like it.
And that deems we call you ‘jerks’, you three in UFO8; for you made us review an instrumental song.
Anywho, we did, and the song is good sh*t.
Push, pull. Push, pull. Awkward notes. Stop, pause, stop – make it ‘rain’ the salesman said, as he buttered his hard crusted bread.
Just like us, take a bite.
Let the hard crust hit you on the top of your mouth’s roof. Then let the melted butter, sooth your worries into stressless musings.
Self expression times 3.
Self preservation times 10.
Elevation in progressive nuance versus teasing rainbows, times 1000.
It’s quite good.
Simply – we dug this thing… lots.
We think you should check out their other song on their self titled debut 8 song album. It dropped on November 26, 2017.
Kudos, UFO8. Kudos.
