Vitakari ‘Bad Weather’ : With no remorse, no looking back, no hesitation…

Pulling inspiration from 2000’s Y2K Pop and the early internet-rap era, Vitakari blends elements of hip hop/r&b seamlessly into this Indie Pop winter banger. ‘Bad Weather’ is an anti-Valentine’s day anthem, coming out just as cuffing-season has ended, but it’s still too cold outside to be Hot-Girl-Summer-Single.

LA artist, Vitakari, puts a positive spin on heart-break in her new track, ‘Bad Weather’. Inspired by Foster the People’s hit song ‘Pumped up Kicks’, Vitakari uses the backdrop of bubblegum bedroom pop to disguise what the song really is; a post break-up diss track (with a comedic spin).

We’d said of her prior: “You don’t do anything for her. You’re putty in her fingers; dripping down to the floor like a sack of nothing. Attitude? Heck yea. And that’s where she comes into play. With no remorse, no looking back, no hesitation…”
