Winter & Trabants – Just Stay

Longing for past indulgences, loving thoughts, gifted moments, solum touches – all alive in thought – wishing for those days of glory. Winter & Trabants’ Just Stay is emblematic of emotions – rollercoaster like ups and downs – attached maybe to a wish that cannot be fulfilled. It’s a touch existence.

But it fills one with warmth, and gratitude.

Thinking of the times. Gone past.

Trying to connect to the times, coming forward.

“Someday, it will come to a reckoning”, you think to yourself.

“I’ll be destroyed, that day.”

Crossroads are recognized. Traversed. Then dirt kicked back at its overcoming overtures.

Overtures, that looked like high walls.

High walls that were metal, and concrete.

Beyond it, you are certain, are the ‘good’ memories. For so long, grieved.

Or is it really more ‘greener on the other side’?

Who knows.

Hoping that a mirror copy, exists – to our detriment.

For sure.

Winter & Trabants is a project headed by Samira Winter, and how glorious it is to be able to listen to her take on music.

Kudos Samira. Kudos.

Looking forward to even more.

We’re fans.

She’s rep’ed by Burger Records, out of Los Angeles.
